Return to Summer Island finds Caro McNeal going home after she survives an almost life ending car crash. It's been a long time since she's been back to visit her grandmother, but will she be able to get over her injuries both physical and mental? While she is getting settled into her new life, she happens to meet someone who could possibly change things for her, but can she get past her fears and take a chance. Christina Skye does a great job in drawing you in and getting the reader involved in the story. My only disappointment is that there could have been further development of the characters, but when the story is part of a compilation, the author is limited to the number of pages it has to do that. I still feel like there is more to this story that needs to be told. Maybe she will write a sequel?
