Call me crazy, but there is nothing more soothing than the sound of water, or in this case, rain. Stormy, windy, thunder, lighting and lots of rain. Sometimes when I go to sleep, I will play a white noise machine all night long with these sounds.

There is just something about it that I find strangely comforting…and peaceful.

I am all about finding my inner peace these days. This helps…more than you know.
