Do you ever feel like you have become the master juggler?

How many things can you possibly keep up in the air before something falls and breaks? And when something does drop (splat), well… it feels like it is the end of the world. DRAT!

Work, home, school, kids, husband, groceries, laundry, meal preparation, relatives, friends, etc., etc., etc. Who has time for a personal life much less a moment to catch your breath?

I’ve had to learn the hard way that I can’t do it all. My husband tells me this all the time. His favorite expression is “Take Off The Cape!” He’s right and now that I’ve done that, I actually feel a little bit better. Now when I actually drop something it isn’t as painful as it used to be. In fact, I can laugh about it. Let’s be honest here, there is only so much a person can do. If I could juggle like this guy below, I might be more inclined to put the cape back on!

My wish for all of you is to take a breath and stop juggling…just for a minute, OK? It really is nice when you can take a moment just for yourself and breath…

Wishing you moments of non-juggling time!
